Owner, Tod Harris has managed construction projects and administered a commercial construction office, including progress billing. Course-of-construction inspection reports include digital photos of relevant progress and a percentage complete estimate for every major component of construction (typically 25-50 components per project).

Owner, Tod Harris holds a BS in Construction Management and an MBA in financial management. He also maintains continuing education through the Construction Specifications Institute and State approved inspection courses.
