Qualifications

SightLine Inspections, LLC is founded on 30 years of tangible construction and inspection experience, both commercial and residential. Owner, Tod Harris has broad experience in both residential and commercial construction projects and is an expert in building deficiencies. Tod holds a BS in Construction Management and an MBA in Financial Management.

Tod is an active member and past president of the Willamette Valley Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), a national organization of commercial contractors, architects, subcontractors and material suppliers. He is a current member of the Oregon Pest Control Association and the Eugene Chamber of Commerce. He has also served on the board for the Springfield Chamber of Commerce and was chair of the Springfield Chamber Future Committee.

Administration of a large commercial construction office

Construction management of numerous residential and commercial projects

Remodels & construction repairs

Maintains current continuing education through the Construction Specifications Institute and State of Oregon approved inspection courses
